discloses relevant info. The seller will provide pictures or videos which enables one to be aware of the item’s condition upon the inquiry or request of the buyer. The RFS or reason for selling will also be disclosed. The seller will be sending proof of the packaging process to buyer/s.

payment first basis. The shipment process will begin after the payment of the item. The buyer must send a “pop or proof of payment” via dm. Failure to pay within the agreed dop and/or providing a fake ‘pop’ would cease the transaction to exist.

additional costs. The packaging fee is exclusive from the merch’s price, thus, the seller will collect 15 pesos for packaging purposes. In addition, the buyer will also shoulder the local shipping fee or lsf.

no cancellations. Once order confirmation is sent to buyer/s, no cancellation shall be made in order to protect the interests of the seller from fraudulent or bogus buyers. If ever, a cancellation fee will be collected by the seller which tantamount to 50% of the item price.

limitations of seller’s liability. The seller will not be liable for any loss, delays, damages caused by the chosen courier of the buyer. The responsibility of the seller with the buyer/s will end once the item has been shipped.

important reminder. The buyer acknowledges, understands, and agrees to all terms and conditions, mentioned and presented by rm_hoon, by answering, completing, and sending the order form to the seller.
